Turn Xfinity Prepaid Services Retailers Portal into a mobile application.
Comcast UX Strategy
The Xfinity Retailers Prepaid Portal was used by retailers to enroll new customers and take customer payments, but Comcast only provided a web-based portal. Retailers needed a mobile app.

UX STRATEGY
Problem
The Xfinity Retailers Prepaid Portal was only offered online to Retailers via a point-of-sale device. This tied the sales associates to a specific device at the checkout counter. Retailers requested a mobile app so that sales personnel could have the flexibility to engage customers throughout their stores using mobile phones.
Solution
1. Create a mobile-friendly application retailers can use on their mobile devices. This enables retailers to quickly assist customers with registration and payments from anywhere within the store.
2. Combine the retailer’s app with the customer app to manage their pre-paid subscription.

My role was to translate the Xfinity Retailers Prepaid Portal into mobile wireframes and mockups for the front-end developers to build out the design, then worked closely with the team to address any questions and approve design iterations.
